In this work we present the design and fabrication in metallic 3D-printing of a compact conformal slotted waveguide antenna array operating Ku-band. The application objective, although not limited only to this, is optimisation an element which by stacking will be able form quasi-cylindrical sector. A beamforming network used for beam-steering elevation plane as coverage azimuthal guaranteed geometry. therefore great significance. For reason, direct feeding scheme coaxial connector adopted. has been optimized following multiple parametric analyses its geometrical parameters enhancement bandwidth, return losses realized gain. was fabricated with Selective Laser Melting aluminium experimental results agree well numerically calculated ones. proposed CSWAA exhibits reflection coefficient below -10 dB, gain above 14 dBi, good cross-polarization side-lobe level over relative bandwidth 8%.
